What we collect, and why
When you take the Code Score, we compute four pillar scores (Soul, Mind, Body, Wealth) and a total from your tap answers. We never store your raw answers, only the computed numbers, your weakest pillar, and a derived yes/no flag for whether your goal note mentioned money. If you subscribe to a Code, email us, or use the site's forms, we collect what you type in them (your email address, a message) to reply to you and deliver what you asked for. Our mailing list is self-hosted: it uses double opt-in (you confirm by clicking a link in your first email) and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We also collect anonymous analytics events (which pages, which buttons, no names attached) and, only if you accept the cookie notice, a Pinterest click identifier and Google Analytics cookies so we know which pages and pins are working.
What we never store
Your raw quiz answers. The free-text goal note you can optionally type during the quiz (it is used once to write your report, then discarded). Your name, unless you give it to us in an email.
Who processes your data
- mijn.host (Netherlands, EU) hosts the site, the database and our mailboxes.
- Anthropic generates your Code Report text. Your scores and goal note pass through transiently and are not retained by Anthropic for training.
- Our own mail server sends every mailing-list email (welcome sequences, free guides, report follow-ups) from a self-hosted list. We never share this list with a third-party email vendor.
- Gumroad is the merchant of record for every purchase and handles your payment details directly; we never see your card number.
- Pinterest receives a purchase signal only if you accepted the cookie notice and only for sessions that started from a Pinterest pin.
- Google Analytics (GA4) measures site traffic and button clicks, and loads only after you accept the cookie notice. Before that point, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage and ad storage set to denied, so no analytics cookie is set and no request is sent until you say OK.
- Plausible (EU-hosted, cookieless), where still in use, measures site traffic without tracking you individually and needs no consent.
Cookies
The site sets one essential cookie by default: it remembers your cookie choice itself, which is exempt from consent under EU law (you cannot be asked consent to remember whether consent was given). Two further cookies are set only after you click OK on the cookie notice: a Pinterest click identifier, and the Google Analytics (GA4) analytics cookies. If you click No thanks, or never decide, neither is ever set, and no request to Pinterest or Google is made. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies and reloading the site.
How long we keep it
Score rows are kept until you ask us to delete them, or automatically after 24 months of no activity on that email. Mailing-list rows are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from any mailing-list email with the one-click link in its footer, without needing to contact us at all.
Delete your data
Every mailing-list email carries an unsubscribe link, and every report email carries a deletion link, in the footer. You can also use the delete my data page, or email hello@millionairehealthcode.com and we will remove your score row and unsubscribe you from our mailing list.
